While in general RP, this number has no affect and instead comes down to RP'ers creativity and storytelling; Hit Points are used during events. The only time these stats will be properly used is during an event. Every character starts with a base of 10 points in each stat- strength, dexterity, constitution, intillegence, wisdom and charisma. You then have 15 points to spend on stats. Increasing a stat to 11 costs 1, increasing to 12 costs an additional 1, likewise to 13. SKILLS
Skills are areas your character is skilled in, either through training or natural intuition. Your skill stat is equal to the related stat modifier, eg: Acrobatics is affected by dexterity as denoted by the (dex) beside it. Also, plus any skill points you've put into that skill- your skill cannot exceed your level this way. Add any racial, class or other bonuses you might have. Also, if you put a point into a skill that is a class skill for your class, you gain 3 additional points for that skill- this happens only the first time you put a point in. It is possible for a skill to exceed your level, however you cannot 'buy' more points in a skill than your level, eg: you can't be level 1 and have acrobatics 2 by buying the points; however, you can have acrobatics 2 by buying one point and having a +1 modifier to you dexterity.

Louisiana stands at a solid six feet two inches with short dark hair and a wild, electric look in his hawkish grey eyes. Tanned, he holds a rugged handsomeness many a distressed damsel has found alluring. Fit and muscular from a life of hard won glory and general fleeing for his life. Clothed in a tan explorers outfit with a shirt that never seems to be able to remain buttoned, he is never without his beloved lucky hat.

Personality:
Louisiana has an indomitable spirit forged by a lifetime of challenge and adversary. Not one to give up or back down from a fight, he leaps into his tasks head first with youthful abandon- oft times leaping straight back out again with a little more than he bargained for trailing behind him. An unconventional mind he lives off his wits and improvisation. He thirsts for adventure and the undiscovered or lost.
History:
Born to a snake charmer and a lion tamer, Louisiana's life from the beginning was anything but boring; on constant guard of stray venemous reptiles or of a pouncing feline, he learned from the early ages to be on his guard. The excitement and danger was intoxicating and he found that a quiet life bored him mindlessly. Snakes and Lions would become a bore too and Louisiana would set out into the world to find his adventure.
Adventuring was exciting and became his life; he felt a calling to the unknown. Why waste time going after some relic that had been lost and found by every man and his dog when he could find things that were lost almost to time itself. He soon learned that the older or more lost and mysterious an artifact was, the greater the danger and that suits him just fine. The traps, the creatures, the betrayal, the revenge and gloating and inevitable triumphant drinks back in the tavern and wiping the smug looks off the faces of those who opposed him.
Now, there's rumour of another lost treasure- artifacts given by the gods themselves...sounds exciting.

Trapfinding (class): A rogue adds 1/2 her level to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.
Sneak Attack 1d6 (class): If a rogue can catch an opponent when he is unable to defend himself effectively from her attack, she can strike a vital spot for extra damage. The rogue's attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target. This extra damage is 1d6 at 1st level, and increases by 1d6 every two rogue levels thereafter. Should the rogue score a critical hit with a sneak attack, this extra damage is not multiplied. Ranged attacks can count as sneak attacks only if the target is within 30 feet. With a weapon that deals nonlethal damage (like a sap, whip, or an unarmed strike), a rogue can make a sneak attack that deals nonlethal damage instead of lethal damage. She cannot use a weapon that deals lethal damage to deal nonlethal damage in a sneak attack, not even with the usual –4 penalty. The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment.
