As more and more people gathered on the Havencrest Coast, central towns began to grow until the inevitable population growth brought about a city.
A cosmopolitan of all the races, White Dove City was built with the hope for peace in the eyes of those whose sweat went into it's mortar.
Designed with human defence, Dwarf construction and Elven aesthetics, it is a sanctuary to all who seek peaceful existence.
The city layout is much similar to human design for it's defence purposes- multi-tiered walls and zig-zagging roads and lanes. Most all the walls have been constructed by dwarves and rock gathered deep underground. Each city gate is made of a giant pearl gathered from the depths off the coast.
In an amphitheatre in the center of the city is where the Gathering is held- the governing authority of the Havencrest Coast- made up of all the minor races as well as some of those pure blooded races who have left the quarrelsome lives of their homelands.
